These Terms of Service govern your use of the FuJo Home Decoration online store and your purchases from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our posted policies.
Store Use
You may use this store only for lawful personal or business shopping purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, transmit harmful code, or use store content in violation of applicable law or intellectual-property rights.
Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, and images accurately. Printed color may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, print production, and normal manufacturing tolerances. Scene images demonstrate intended use; the flat artwork and stated specifications describe the product being sold. Customers should review the size guide and measure the intended space before ordering.
Orders and Payment
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, unavailable supply, prohibited use, or delivery limitations. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item. Prices and charges are shown at checkout in the displayed currency.
Custom and Personalized Orders
You are responsible for submitting accurate names, dates, wording, images, and other customization instructions. By providing content, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and authorize us and our production partners to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order. We may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate. Customer-supplied spelling, image-quality, or design errors are not production defects when the delivered item follows the submitted or approved instructions.
Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping estimates, cancellation rules, return eligibility, custom-item exclusions, and refund procedures are described in our Shipping & Delivery and Refund Policy pages. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
Store branding, product listings, original graphics, text, and site content are owned by or licensed to FuJo Home Decoration and may not be copied, resold, republished, or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law permits.
Third-Party Services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and communication providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. FuJo Home Decoration is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version published on the store applies from its stated effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
